Lieutenant Colonel Markton G. Abo formally assumed command of 33rd Infantry (Makabayan) Battalion from Lt. Colonel Jose R. Tianco in a Change of Command Ceremony at Battalion Headquarters in Barangay Tual, President Quirino, Sultan Kudarat on July 2, 2013 with 6ID Commander Major General Romeo L. Gapuz as presiding officer.
A total of 1,031 students of Datu Unsay Central Elementary School participated in the Disaster Relief and Response Training and Ramadan symposium held at Datu Unsay Central Elementary School in Brgy Meta, Datu Unsay, Maguindanao on 23 July 2013. The activity was initiated by 45IB under Lt. Col Donald P Hongitan in collaboration with LGU of Datu Unsay, Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP)-Shariff Aguak, DepEd-Maguindanao and DILG-Datu Unsay.
Makilala North Cotabato - A total of 56 students from New Cebu Elementary School benefited in the food feeding program sponsored by the 57th Infantry (Masikap) Battalion in Brgy. New Cebu on July 11, 2013. The activity was in celebration of the 2013 Nutrition Month themed “Gutom at malnutrisyon, sama-sama nating wakasan.”
Teduray pupils would now be using new armchairs to aid in their quest for better learning after 300 new sets of chairs were formally turned-over to Kyamko Elementary School in Sitio Kyamko, Barangay Maitumaig, Datu Unsay, Maguindanao last July 18, 2013 by the troops of 45th Infantry (Gallant) Battalion under Lt. Colonel Donald P Hongitan.
